Air Products plc is a multinational company serving customers in technology, energy, medical and industrial markets through the provision of atmospheric and specialty gases.
The Challenge
Air Products EU division needed a cost-effective and engaging way of delivering refresher training to their fleet of truck drivers who deliver the product all over Europe and called on Day One to develop microlearning modules accessed by the drivers’ smartphones.

Short-form Content
The industrial driver training modules were designed to be bite-sized and convenient to use on the go. Drivers could complete them whenever they got a spare 5 or 10 minutes.
Tests and Learner Analytics
The content was delivered through engaging animations with voiceover narration, followed by a few questions and activities at the end.
Client Branded
All aspects of the elearning simulations are designed in line with Air Product’s existing branding, so that they fit seamlessly within their existing training solutions.
This new, engaging, video-based elearning solution will support Air Product’s fleet on the go, with microlearning modules accessed by the drivers’ smartphones.
