Equality, Diversity & Inclusion - EDI Training

Day One develops bespoke elearning for equality, diversity and inclusion, making EDI training engaging and interactive.
Make your EDI courses accessible and effective to ensure compliance and drive cultural change.

Custom EDI courses & platforms

We’ve created bespoke elearning content and custom learning platforms for some of the world’s biggest brands, including the likes of Amazon, the NHS, Mercedes-Benz and many more. Our experience includes developing EDI courses for charities, local government and private companies.

Below are some examples of our work creating equality, diversity and inclusion training solutions:

Training for line-managers

Tommy’s is the largest UK charity researching the causes and prevention of pregnancy complications.

We designed elearning and resources for line-managers, designed alongside parents, experts and cross-sector organisations.

The programme was Highly Commended at the Third Sector Awards in their ‘Breakthrough of the Year’ category.

DEI training for Hampshire Council

Health & social care

We supported Hampshire Council in developing equality, diversity and inclusion elearning for around 2,000 health and social care employees.

For many of the learners, English is a second language, so much of the content was highly visual.

Accessibility was high priority and the learning adhere to WCAG 2.1 Level AA standards.

Workplace DEI training

We collaborated with one of the UK’s top online course providers to create diversity, equity & inclusion (DEI) training for use as part of their elearning catalogue.

The content included online courses for both employees and employers, focused on creating an egalitarian workforce and with close reference to the UK Equality Act 2010.

Interactive & accessible

We can create highly interactive elearning for any topic, accessible across all devices. Topics we’ve covered include:

  • Unconscious bias
  • Cultural awareness
  • Discrimination and harrassment
  • Gender identity
  • The UK Equality Act 2010 and other relevant legislation
