Legal / regulatory compliance training has a reputation for being boring – a tick-box exercise that learners want to get out of the way as quickly as possible. Even in a highly-regulated industry where all employees are acutely aware of the importance of compliance, learner engagement is a challenge.
Furthermore, the eLearning content needed to be relevant and accurate across multiple languages, in addition to English and German.
